For urgent assistance required outside the working hours detailed in our signature below, please refer to the Guide to your Essential New Home pack, provided to you at the time of handover, which contains all the relevant emergency contact numbers for your property (please be reminded that an emergency is considered as plumbing or drainage issues which threaten flooding or internal water damage, heating system failure meaning you have no heating or hot water, and any sudden and complete loss of the electricity supply to your home).
We will make our best endeavours to respond to your email within 14 days, but please do allow additional time during and after office closures.
